First wave of disappointment

Ask me how much weight I lost. Go ahead.





















NONE. In fact, I've gained a pound. What the hell? Ugh. I suppose I should just keep at it. Eventually, things have to give, right? But if I don't even lose half a pound by next week, I'm calling my doctor.

  1. It's always hard when you're not losing. =/ It's really frustrating and discouraging, but hang in there. You'll be able to do it.

  2. Have you been exercising a lot lately, or eating food with a lot of sodium (i.e. pickles, microwaveable meals)? Sometimes those can lead to weight gain (good with muscle gain) or water retention (not so great with the sodium).

  3. Unfortunately, neither of those really fit. I haven't been able to make it back to the gym yet so I've kind of just been walking a lot and I eat a lot of home-cooked stuff and don't use much salt/sodium-rich condiments. But today I noticed I lost weight again so hopefully that just keeps on going!
